It’s a Saturday morning, which means a few convention announcements have arrived.
BronyDays in France is pleased to announce two special guests. One is M.A. Larson, show writer, who will be making his first fan event trip to Europe! Larson, writer of episodes like Sonic Rainboom and Luna Eclipsed, will grace France with his presence. In addition, fan animator JanAnimations will be attending the convention as an honored guest. BronyDays is on October 26-27 in Montreuil, France.
Meanwhile, TrotCon has announced their list of musicians Eurobeat Brony, Sonic Breakbeat, DJ Lupo B, Sgt-Whip, Chang31ing, LizardRock, PhillyPu, GreenTintedGoggles, Mogul Dash, SMOR3S, andSteven, A.D. TrotCon will be held on June 14-16 in Columbus, Ohio.

Good news for those attending BronyCon: Princess Celestia will be there! Nicole Oliver, the voice of Princess Celestia and Cheerilee, will be attending the largest pony fan gathering. This marks her third BronyCon, after attending the January and June events last year.
BronyCon will be held on August 2-4 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

Sunnier months and vacations are upon us, and that means that the pony fan convention scene is beginning in earnest. The first of the returning big-name cons to run this year is Equestria LA in Anaheim, California. Debuting a scant six months after the first EQLA, the 2013 edition aimed to get the jump on the rest of the con circuit and hold their event in the prime late spring/early summer months instead of at the end of the year. Today’s a big day for comics. MLP: FiM Issue #7 is now out, continuing the saga of nightmares! If you have it already, you can talk about it in our forum. Comics news site Comicosity has posted a seven page preview of Friendship is Magic #7, the next issue of the mainline pony comics. The issue is due to be released tomorrow via print and digitial, but if you need a hit, you can head over there to check out the pages in their full color glory.

Nightmare Nights Dallas has a new set of guest announcements for you today, that being Sabrina “Sibsy” Alberghetti and M.A. Larson. Alberghetti is a lead storyboard artist and this is the first con she is attending as an honored guest, while M.A. Larson is best known as writer of many popular episodes.
Alberghetti and Larson join several guests of honor which include Andrea Libman, Brenda Crichlow, Peter New, James Wootton, and Jim Miller. NMND will be held on November 8-10, 2013 in Dallas, Texas.
