I don't think it's a secret that Max Landis is a piece of shit, but WOW fuck him.

He oughta be in prison, along with his dad (even if the jury acquitted him).

A new episode every day worked for the Disney Afternoon, but each of those shows also had a full 65-episode run completed before it even hit the air as per syndication requirements. (Which must have been hell for everyone involved.) I remember listening to a podcast interview with an animation arti...

this seems like the other extreme though, something CN also did for that Summer Camp Island show, which meant it had barely any footprint in the general media conciousness whatsoever and didn't get nearly enough attention so lets make sure we keep up word of mouth I never even heard of "Summer Camp...

Somehow I found out about this.

I can never tell if Andy Kaufman intentionally planned this, or he really did get into a fight during live television unscripted.

So it looks like they're gonna air the show semi-daily, with new episodes every Monday thru Thursday. The entire season will be burned through in 5 weeks.

I guess Disney learned their lesson from the "Gravity Falls" airing schedule :-I

Do we know anything about the (obviously very talented) team making this? Are they relative newcomers to the animation scene? I know that a lot of people are working on this, in addition to the ones listed in the end credits. Michael Ruocco is one of them, for example. Mike Milo said elsewhere that...

They probably wanted to maintain the fiction that everything that came out of the studio was their idea, so people wouldn’t demand more credits and therefore more money. Yeah, sounds like that was the case, unfortunately. On a lighter note, there's a "Jonny Quest" blu-ray set coming out this month....

TIL that the original "Jonny Quest" cartoon from 1964 had episode-specific end credits, as opposed to "group credits" that most TV cartoons back then had.
