In Provincia, the Aedui get wiped out, naturally. No fight occurs in Mandubii because the Aedui could merely Retreat in place and not lose anyone, so that'd just be a waste of two Resources. The four Auxilia kick over the Belgic sandcastles in Morini. In Veneti, the one Arveri Warband runs away to Pictones and Namnetes gets Subdued.
E: Actually if the Aedui don't Retreat in Mandubii, they'd lose a Warband but have a 75% chance of killing the Legion in the counterattack. I don't think that's what Rome had in mind, so I'm still avoiding the fight there.

The Aedui ##Raid in Bituriges to steal two Resources from the Arverni, then two each from nobody in Mandubii, Aedui, and Sequani. They then ##Trade to get five more Resources off of Aedui, Bituriges, and the three Subdued Tribes in Mandubii.
Which I think I got wrong earlier. Aedui trade gives them stuff for each Tribe/Citadel they own, even if not under Aedui Control.
I'm assuming Rome isn't going to agree to make that 10 instead. If you want to, I'll retroactively give the Aedui 5 more.

The Roman sharp skirmishers take out two Warbands in Morini. The remaining two use shock cavalry to kill two Auxilia. The remaining two Auxilia counterattack to kill one Warband. Oof.
In Atrebates, Ambiorix and his posse inflict two losses thanks to that Fort and no shock cavalry. The Fort might be able to tank them (takes a 1-2 due to siege machines).

Well what do you know. The Belgae fail to make any progress in Atrebates.
The Aedui in Nervii Retreat to Morini.
On to the Senate phase. Since Rome is at 11 points, the Senate warms up to Intrigue. That one lone Legion in the second track gets deployed to Provincia along with 4 Auxilia.
And Spring comes to the land once again.
Pictones is no longer Devastated.
Sequani, Helvetii, and Bellovaci are no longer Dispersed.
Suebi (South) is now Dispersed-Gathering.
