Someone (I forget who, sorry!) in the stream chat had pointed out that Twilight enchanting Smarty Pants like that was an awfully Starlight Glimmer-esque move.
Unicorns: no sense of right and wrong!

That was me.
No worries!
This is still one of my favorite episodes. Seeing Twilight freak out about a deadline is hilarious and easy to identify with, and I love how self-aware it is about the concept of the weekly friendship lessons.
Rainbow must be angry with Applejack!
She must hate her guts...
Wonderful!

I've always found this episode brilliant, as well as entertaining. The "character goes insane" or "freak-out" episodes always appeal to me anyway, but to have such a great story prompting these "freak-out" moments is what makes me continue to watch this episode over and over again.
Top-tier episode for me. One of the best of the show.
