Seaquestria is cold, dark, wet and miserable.

And the only reason Scootaloo liked it was for an incredibly sad reason.

Harmonizing Heights has fresh air, wonderful forrests, and a great looking city.

It might also be a Doctor Who reference.

Honestly, I didn't see what was so amazing about Harmonizing Heights. It doesn't look that different from Ponyville's surroundings :pinkieshrug:
