Hi! I'm Frith and this is my story.
I'm 21 years old and studying statistical science at the university of Helsinki.
I discovered MLP: FiM last november when i saw a review about it in youtube. Then I watched few episodes and got hooked. I found this forum last month and noticed that people on this forum thought same way about this show as i so that's why i registered here.
I consider myself quite boring fan because i don't make fanart in any form or buy merchandise. Only way i interact with fandom is when i write on forums or go to meetups in my home town.

You don't need to really do much of anything else to be a regular fan, I literally only watch the episodes and talk about the show on this board.

Well I actually don't sell; I make them as birthday presents and just for fun because it keeps me busy while I don't have a job or internship. There was a lady (White Dove Creations, as she's known on DeviantART) a while back who made these plushies that were deadly accurate with the actual characters, and even though she sold them and gave the money to charity, she got in some shit with ebay about making money off Hasbro's intellectual property. Of course the reaction of the fans and her followers on DA was something akin Derpygate and things got ugly, so she still does commissions, but I don't know if she's making money off of them anymore.
As I remember, this little beauty of hers sold for almost 1.5 thousand US dollars: http://whitedove-creations.deviantart.c ... 9#/d4p2p73

Frith (and other new people), there is something you should know about Aramek. He is not really a human, rather some type of large serpent, a constrictor perhaps. Therefore, when he inevitably offers a hug, DO NOT TAKE IT IF YOU VALUE YOUR BONES! :twonk:

And above all, don't call him a romantic.

The last time someone did it, Aramek revealed all of his seven heads, and each of them had seven mouths with thousands of sharp beaks, and all of them sang in perfect, horrifying unison: "THIS DAY IS GOING TO BE PERFECT, THE KIND OF DAY OF WHICH I DREAMED SINCE I WAS SMALL..."

Hi, everyone!
So, my name is Plobo and I come from the far away land of Czechia (or Czech Republic, if you want). I first noticed ponies in last summer, since some of my friends were into it (although more in the way of rule 34 pics, than the show itself, so I condemned it quickly), and in late August I became sick, so I decided to give it a try, just out of boredom, thinking that optimistic ponies could help my overally bad mood at that moment. I can still remember that the first episode I watched was Look Before You Sleep, then another randomly chosen and then I started watching it from the pilot episodes. And after seeing the first season twice, the second season just started, so I had it perfectly timed.
Also in December I started to frequent EQD, got into the fanmade music and convinced another friend to watch MLP. In return, he started making PMV's and hooked me into it in January. It gave me a reason to finally play and also learn a few things with some editing software.
I'm lurking here since I don't know when, because of Shiropoint/Isaak's videos, and started following The Round Stable probably for the same reason (them editorials, man).
Yeah. That's probably all I can think of.

I personally like the term brony but it doesn't have any other meaning to me than "fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". There's no special award for being a brony, folks.

You don't need to go in the corner because Kumpula campus rules! Only minus is that i need to climb that mountain from bus station to school every day.

It's ok bro. I just had my final exam today in statistics, so my head was/is buzzing with sums of squares, regression lines, and all the other good stuff. Never heard of SPSS though, I got all my learning in R.

Hello to everyone on Bronibooru! I'm Viren, I just registered today, so it might take me a bit to adjust. Anyway I really enjoy the show My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, looking forward to chatting with other fans. First to begin, a bit of how I discovered Mlp, my one friend showed it to me. It was Party of One episode 25, after that I gave the whole series a shot the rest is history. Secondly, I became a brony or fan post season 1, before season 2, so about 9 to 11 months give or take. Mind you I'm not one of those crazy fans, sorry if anyone takes offense to that. If you wanna know anymore about me just ask, I don't bite to much.

I'm a guy living on the west coast who pretends to be important at work each day. :smug: I also love ponies, but forgot how I found 'em. It didn't involve SA at all, but I think perhaps the internet had something to do with it!

Crow wrote:

:gonkity: Wheat beer is more prevalent over there, but Blue Moon is definitely not a Belgium one. There are so many other choices from Belgium! Don't get me wrong, Blue Moon is a really awesome white wheat beer, but Belgium has this store with an overwhelming selection of beers. Just sayin'.
