"Counductor" is part of railway men (Railroad ugh) who make sure that nobody dies an horrible fate while riding on the railway because the govament don't want to get sued for it.Counductor is the american term for "Guard" or in some cases "Flag man" whos job is to apply and check the brakes on the wagons/carrgies (Cars ugh) apon reaching a top of a hill so it doesn't go out of control because that would be terrible, check the trains head long speed and or alert aproching trains with a red flag and whisle if for whatever reason the train itself stalls and go get help who in most times always in a guards van (Or caboose ugh I really hate that term I mean really couldn't it of been something like "Counductor's van? caboose just sounds odd, silly american railway board...) :rainbert:

What you have mistook it for was an Fireman or Firestoker (Both Birtsh Terms I have no clue that its called in america...) whos job as his name implys is to matain the firebox of said engine and check if there is enough water in the tanks (Because this is a steam engine) this is an pretty much neverending job because if you don't feed the fire it'll die out so you shove tons of coal every so often, so if a train is running overnight (As shown in the clip) they have two sets of men to work a day shift or a night shift also to note there is no Driver (Or Engineer pfft) seen at all this could be that fireman can at most times handle the train but at alot of times there is a driver manning a train.Then I Should mention that I haven't seen any signals meaning that two engines could run into each other you'ld think that they would of considered that when building a muiltbillion bit railway but alas they are only horses. :pinkieshrug:

So my theory is that the cake was chomped on by someone/something outside the train, eating through the window while it was stopped or something. That's why the bite is toward the wall.
