For the Boston area guys, if you're going to PAX East or something like that and want to think about a get-together, send me a PM and I'll let you into At the Gala to coordinate.

I'm not too far off from Huntsville, Alabama. We're famous for rockets, rocket museums, and Sonic franchises all over the damn place!

I'm also only about 20 minutes away from Unclaimed Baggage, where cheap people go to buy crap that people lost on airplane flights. Apparently this is supposed to be a hip tourist destination.

I live in West Lafayette, Indiana during school and Fishers, Indiana when home.

Just put me under Lafayette for school and Indianapolis for home convenience since they're literally a river and short drive away from each other respectively.

After a few weeks of uncertainty we finally got some solid dates on Vancouver. Housing has been found! But it's available starting from May 1st, so basically it's looking like I will remain in Dutchland for the next 5ish weeks.

This is good, because I've gotten myself into a number of projects for which I'd like to use my main editing rig :v:
Also, I feel silly with my packed suitcase now...

An announcement for midwestern ponygoons:

We're having our third Chicago ponygoon meet on Saturday, April 21st. Our first two had 6 and 8 attendees respectively, and this one is already looking to be even bigger. We're going to watch the season finale together live at my place, followed by a BBQ at Adelor Lyon's. If you live in the midwest and would be interested in hanging out with us for the day, head to the Chicago Ponygoons Meetup Thread. If you don't have access to the meetup forum, then send a PM to an administrator (like kefkafloyd) and say you're interested in attending the Chicago meet.

Hope to see you there!

The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

1st RULE: You do not talk about LUTE FISK.

In bygone times, people ate it because they were poor and it kept well. In these wondrous times of refridgerators and cheap bacon, the only reason to eat it is if you want to sample something that smells offensively foul and yet tastes offensively bland.

If you want something that matches taste to smell, you can try surströmming.

Remember though that this is just the opinion of a savage from the bad side of the gulf. You might want a Swedish of Norwegian perspective. We're talking about their crimes after all.
