Synopsis: Rainbow Dash is famous for being a great flyer. Rarity is famous for being a great dressmaker. Pinkie Pie has lots of friends, but she doesn't have fame. When she decides that she wants to be as famous as her friends for being a party planner, things don't quite work out for her.

On phone right now, but synopsis is very intriguing, will edit post with my review later.

EDIT: The best one-shots are the ones whose concepts could make very good 22 min episodes, and this one really excelled there (would be towards end of series w/ Wonderbolt Dash). The commenters calling this boring are some of the dumber fans (what a surprise).

This quite frankly is a very possible conflict that can occur with the Mane 6, believable cause & result, even a social comment by AJ. An episode in particular would stretch the for-Pinkie party out as heavy rising action, with the first ponies leaving as the climax
