So next week we will be taking a break from the Final Fantasy series for a short while. Next week I will be showing one of my favorite RPGs ever!!! Next week I will start showing Skies of Arcadia Legends!!!


A lot of the reason why I love it is that it has a pretty unique battle system and the characters are all wonderful. I also love how huge the game feels considering when the game came out. It is an RPG about exploring the world in an airship as pirates and fighting against foes.

The original game came out on the Dreamcast in 2000. Legends came out for the Gamecube in North America in 2003 which had a few changes from the original. Namely the random encounters were reduced from the original, there was some extra side quests added and improvments to the framerate and loading times reduced. Essentually it is the Directors Cut.

I will be showing more Skies of Arcadia Legends later today. Last time we met the Blue Rogues of Vyse and Akia where they met a mysterious woman named Fina. Saved her and learned a little about her. We also broke out Vyse' family from Valua where the evil Queen Theodora resides. Then we found out about the moon crystals from Fina which control large behemoths called Gigas who resided over the six lands in the past.

Hey, you know what I haven't done for a while? Hosted a synchtube. Since Halloween is coming up, I decided to revisit an old classic...






Yes, ILLBLEED! For those who don't know, ILLBLEED is a survival horror game released in 2001 for the Dreamcast, but unlike most horror games it expects you to take your time and explore carefully to avoid deadly traps. The main reason I'm showing off ILLBLEED is because of its bizarre tone, which starts off slightly odd and ends up going some weird places: a parody of Toy Story, child murder, demon cakes, and the worst store in Nebraska. That's just the tip of the iceberg.

We'll be watching supergreatfriend's LP of the game, since he has the sort of calm, detached demeanor the meshes perfectly with the comedy horror styling of ILLBLEED. Stream will be on Saturday the 27th, though I haven't worked out the times yet. Hope to see you there!

Are you going to run the whole thing in one day? In years past, I think it'd been stretched across two days, since it is a bit of a long LP.

ILLBLEED Part 1 will be streamed on Saturday at 1pm CT, with Part 2 on Sunday at the same time.

In about a hour I will be showing more Skies of Arcadia Legends. Last time we visited the lands of Maramba and the Red Moon and encountered our first Gigas, Recumen. Got a more powerful engine and a magic cannon to use spells in ship battles. After that we made it to the South Ocean which had harsh crosswinds and made it to the land of the Green Moon, Horteka and rescued the enginer Centime and the High Priest Isapa from the Moon Stone Mountain and sudden death.

This time we will be journeying further into the depths of Rixus the hidden city and exploring the space just north west of Horeka and journey north to Valua again and see what awaits.... Come join the show in about 45 mins over here. https://cytu.be/r/Beautifulshy

More o' MST3K in about an hour and some change! Come right in, come to the place where the fun never ends.

Going to be showing more Skies of Arcadia Legends at 1:30pm AZ time. Last time we did a lot, We beat the Green Gigas, Grendal, and saved Hortekia from Valua. Then traveled to Valua to get the Yellow Crystal but the path to the Gigas was covered from the top, found Rhaknam and that arcwhale destroyed our ship and the life boats. After that Vyse was trapped on an island with little chance of rescue. Fina and Akia however were found by Clara a fellow Blue Rogue and they traveled to Nasrad in search for Vyse. Gilder found Vyse later and they made it to Nasrad but through various mishaps Vyse, Akia and Fina were unable to find each other till a little later when both of the groups had half of a treasure map and they had to go through an dungeon to reunite with each other. Finally they all made it back to Nasrad to warn the Sultan about Valuas plans to invade them but it was too late. Ramirez made the group surrender and take everyone to Valua where they were all kept. They had to escape Valua and the Grand Fortress again but they were able to do so with some help from an unlikely ally and gain a new powerful ship as well.

This time we will explore the world with our new ship and learn more about our new member.

Looks like I am going to be showing FF12:The Zodiac Age. I am going to be showing dansg08 LP of it which is coming from a newcomers perspective and yet it has lots of content to it. I will be showing it later today at 1:30pm PHX time.
