I got a letter from somebody in prison, asking if he could have any of my mini-comics for the prison zine library (he got my info from a zine that reviews other minis and zines).

I'll be happy to send him something, but yeah, this was out of nowhere.

Oh, want to give an update on this. I mailed him some of my minis to the guy, and he wrote back saying he got them and is happy to receive them for his zine library.

That made my day a little better

I took a peek at his gallery and he wrote in a self-portrait that he's 15. Kids have to learn the value of art at some point, and the sooner they learn it, the better (especially so that they do not undervalue their own work should they choose to sell it).
