Creepy context aside, it's always so weird when animators try extra hard to nail the look of a celebrity when it doesn't fit the style of the rest of the characters.

The context is "Scooby Goes Hollywood," where Scooby tries (and fails) to break into Hollywood, then his friends try to get him to come back to his normal Saturday morning cartoon.
JelloApocalypse recently tracked down the Scooby movies he had missed when he reviewed all of them and gave it a 0/10.
