I had a feeling someone might write a story based on that picture and I’m happy with the result. It’s a very sweet story and I liked it (the story Dash is reading is pretty nice too).

I'm disappointed in myself that it took me so long to get around to reading this one. All the way through, I was trying to recall what Shel Silverstein poem the story might be based on. I was truly impressed to find out that it was entirely original. It's also pretty impressive that Rainbow Dash interrupting the poem never got annoying or felt out of place. For that matter, all of the character interaction in general felt completely natural.

I really like this one. In fact, I like it so much that it now has the honour of being the first fanfic that I've actually downloaded and put on my Kindle. I doubt many others will get that privilege.
