Though I like the idea of a religion based on Faust and her loyal helpers, it's kind of pointless for there to be multiple religions when your ruler is a god.

And the ending was perfect.

Everyone is basically a real world religion with a thin patina of pony over it, except for Rarity, where all pretenses drop. Sudden incongruity = humor.
