Hmm...checking the Quorum Hand, I only count 8 cards in it - by my reckoning I should have 9, since I know I discarded to 10, and then Trixie played Resignation with the title which would drop me from 10 to 9.

Also! I am not sure if I can really use an XO. I would advise just CICing right now - the main thing I can see using the Quorum for would be to try to find ourselves another Mission Specialist.

Option B is to hit the Engine Room, I suppose!

I don't think one activation of CIC would do us that much good, better to get in position for an XO later.

Might as well cycle some quorum cards now, I suspect the ponylons will be keeping us busy after this.
