I must say, I've been surprised she hasn't had that many tees done. There's some wonderful fanart out there, and I admit I'm quite partial to "Good Intentions Celestia" from all those image macros. :gotcha:

All pony shirts will be 25% off on WLF later today. Don't know if this combines with any other money off codes, but it does still allow you to get the free gifts. Shame they're out of the pony stickers and Derpy poster, and I'm not sure it's worth getting hit with a massive customs charge for the sake of another big bag, a blind bag and a keychain... on the other hand, the customs charge might still work out less than the cost of individual P&P... :flutterdear:

When WLF's site comes back up, use code MLP4TH for the 25% discount. Hopefully the site comes back up before the code expires. :-/

Never thought I would buy a pony shirt, but this discount seems tempting.

Not a lot of subtle shirts, though.

Hot Topic was having a buy one, get one 50% off sale so I decided to grab the Fluttershy "yay" shirt and the Sweetie Belle "dumb fabric!" shirt. I'm usually not a fan of shirts with text on them but, dammit, it's a Sweetie Belle shirt.

I was going to order the Kefka "FOREVER" shirt but Hot Topic's website only had it in small and 2XL. :fluttersmith:

I should get an Anthology II shirt.

WLF is getting ready to hold the voting a contest for Fluttershy, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash shirt designs. Fluttershy is up first with Andrea Libman as a special guest judge. I doubt I'll be voting because WLF seriously has one of the worst professional websites I've ever seen but hopefully some good designs win. I could use more shirts with my favorite pony.

:dreamworks: Good designs winning a WLF contest. Yeah right. (at least the judges picks tend to be pretty good)

So, to anyone who has ordered from WLF, how long do they usually take to get an order shipped? I took advantage of the 4th sale, and the order is still 'processing'. Can I hope to have the shirts by August 10th? I'm in the midwest, no international shipping or anything to worry about.

From my experience with them, it can take quite a while. I remember ordering shirts for Christmas well in advance and getting them just in time (and I had to e-mail them about it). I'd say to give it a few more days and if it still says "processing" shoot them an e-mail. Despite my gripes with WLF I've had nothing but good experience with their customer service.

A really long time for t-shirts, apparently. I also ordered on 04 July, and my order is still listed as processing as well. I double-checked with 'em via email to make sure there wasn't a mistake (to be fair their site was a mess during that sale), but all they did was confirm "we received the order and it's processing." No estimated ship date though.

Supposedly "We ship our orders within 7 business days[...]" but I'm dubious about that. :-/ Maybe they were just totally overwhelmed during the sale, and they're still catching up? For what it's worth, if you're worried about getting stuff before 10 August, check out SharkRobot. They have ponyshirts too, and my order shipped quickly. It'll definitely be here before Everfree NW.

When I ordered from them on the 28th of January, it took two weeks for them to ship the order, so yeah, not particularly a result of the 4th of July sale. :pinkieshrug: Wouldn't be surprised if they're having some additional issues because of it though.

I ordered four shirts, a polo, a messenger bag, and an art print on the 4th of July sale. The art print came last Friday (the 13th) rolled up in a tube with tissue paper protecting both sides of the print, and the shirts are out for delivery, scheduled to be delivered today (the 18th). They shipped the shirts UPS ground from California to Chicago on the 12th. They make everything fresh each time it's ordered, so I can understand the delay, especially given the amount of traffic they dealt with on the 4th. I haven't done business with them before this, and unless they do another 25% off sale I'm not sure I will again in the future because of how expensive their shirts are. I got one from Hot Topic not too long ago, and found the fabric thinner than I've seen from other vendors (they're not Gideon quality, for example), but the print quality was thick and colorful.

The art prints are really nice looking. They use Epson Fine Art paper (a heavy canvas-textured matte paper), and while I was expecting a glossy print, what I got looked amazing, and over time I think I'd probably prefer it to a super-glossy (and super reflective) print. I might order another couple of prints if they get more submissions that appeal to me.

If your order still shows processing, you might want to e-mail their customer support and find out what's going on with your order. My order was pretty big and I didn't get it in until the last two hours of the sale, but I heard they were honoring the discount code even through the next day if you contacted their customer support and told them their website was down, so they may have a lot more orders than the 4th allotted them.

For the amount they charge for shipping, you'd think it wouldn't be nearly that long. The more I hear about this site the more dubious it seems :pinkieshrug:

I posted this in the toy thread, but it probably should've gone here since it's technically a wearable. :modesty:

If that's too rich for you, they also have pink and silver plated versions for an affordable $250. :vogue:

onchmovement.bigcartel.com wrote:Each Pony measures approx. 2.5" and is gold plated both front and back. For a touch of added class each pony includes a genuine diamond accent for the eye.

I, buh, what? Seriously, how do you even respond to that? :starity: In case anyone didn't click the link: this 2.5" gold plated, diamond-eyed pony is $450! Still cheaper than some of the stuff people bought at Bronycon.

On the topic of wearable stuff that isn't plated in gold, I finally received my t-shirts from WLF. Ordered 04 July, arrived 25 July. :pinkieshrug:

Image

Before Bronycon I had zero pony shirts; now I have eight. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but they make for some great around-the-house lounging shirts. Great for upcoming cons too — I'll totally blend right in!

Has anyone else had this problem of pony t-shirts randomly appearing? Also money disappearing to coincide with this strange phenomenon, I suppose.
