Frederator's GO! Cartoons. It's like "World Premiere Toon", but on YouTube
Frederator, studio behind "Adventure Time", "Fairly OddParents", "Bravest Warriors", and many other cartoons, teamed up with Sony to produce a shorts program called "GO! Cartoons".
This is basically "What a Cartoon" and "Oh Yeah! Cartoons" from the 1990s/early 2000s, except it's for streaming. Specifically through YouTube. They released several shorts so far.
The first one, and possibly the most popular judging by the amount of fanarts I see, is "The Summoning", about a cat witch trying to raise the dead.

The creator of "Rachel and Her Grandfather" has been posting a bunch of behind-the-scenes stuff on her blog. She posted this video, comparing the animatic to the finished product

This is the most made-for-Millenials cartoon of the decade.
