Although it’s the offseason, there are still some loose ends to wrap up from cons, and this one is a pretty big one. At Everfree Northwest 2013, the crew there held a big charity auction, and raised a bunch of dough. Well, now that money is in the hands of those who need it. The EFNW crew has delivered the proceeds of its charity auction, totaling $21,070, to the Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Immediately after the 4th of July holiday, one of the MLP community’s “big” conventions got underway with Everfree Northwest 2013. Compared to last year’s spread-out convention, this one consolidated into a single hotel & convention space, which promised to improve the convention’s logistics. But how would this year’s lighter guest list compare to last year’s stellar assortment of VIPs? A pair of fans was there to cover the convention from start to finish for the Round Stable.
After the Everfree Northwest 2013 closing ceremonies finished, TRS reporters ixnay and nimrod had a chance to chat with Raven Molisee, storyboard artist on seasons 2 & 3, before the convention totally shut down. Here’s the transcription of their interview!
Everfree Northwest, the Seattle-based fan convention, is pleased to announce the details of their charity auction, including some high-profile items that will be up for bid. These items include things like a Project Elemental amulet, a CosmicUnicorn painting, and more. In addition, you can still donate your items to the auction if you contact the organizers by June 30th at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All proceeds benefit the Seattle Children’s Hospital, which the auction raised over $13,000 for last year.
EFNW is less than a month away, on July 6-8 at the SeaTac Hilton.

The Seattle based fan convention Everfree Northwest has announced the return of Ponystock 2013, a musical concert which has 20 performers taking part this year, including voice actress Michelle Creber.
The second Annual EFNW will be taking place next month from the 5th-7th July at the SeaTac Airport Hilton Hotel.

Everfree Northwest is ready to announce their gamer’s track, and on June 22-24, they’re holding a 48 hour game development challenge in association with the Gaming Colts. Starting at noon Pacific, anyone who enters will need to create a game based on the details to be revealed later, with only 48 hours to complete. Select finished games will be showcased in the gaming room at EFNW.
In addition, there will be several gaming themed guests, including the Bluescreen Bronies from Everfree Network, My Little Investigations, and Legends of Equestria.

The friendly folks at Everfree Northwest are getting the ball rolling on their charity auction! Everfree Northwest has announced that Tabitha St. Germain will be attending the convention in Seattle this July. The voice of Rarity, Princess Luna, Granny Smith and other characters, Tabitha made her first MLP convention appearance last year at EFNW and it seems she’s keen to have another weekend of fun this year too. She will be joining other guests at this years event at the SeaTac Airport Hilton Hotel and Coference Centre in Seattle from July 5th-7th.
If you wish to submit art, stories or other items for the convention handbook you’ll have until May 5th to do so.

First, Everfree Northwest is announcing their special pricing tiers for premium memberships. The Patron badge includes a T-shirt and a mention in the conbook in addition to your badge for $100, while the Supporter badge for $350 will net you 3 autograph vouchers, your own message printed in the con book, an exclusive limited edition print, special access to a supporter’s lounge and priority seating and lines for panels and signings.

Everfree Northwest, the upcoming Seattle pony convention, is looking for submissions for their convention book. The book will consist of fan works of all stripes, and it will be given to every attendee at the con. It will notably be one of the first printed compilations of fan works out there. ■
