Instead of having one huge overworld map, it’s split into multiple different planets - which I assume may also help a bit with the engine not exploding.

Also it's good you don't have to buy it on Epic if you don't want to to play it, but it still stucks it's just Game Pass or Epic, not Steam or anyplace else (for a year).

Should clarify - I'm playing that way on Xbone, because yeah, don't really want to deal with the MS Store on PC where I can avoid it. It does still cost money, but if you've not signed up before you can get a month for £1/$1, and that might be long enough to get the funds to buy it outright and cancel Game Pass.

Valid point about download caps though - I know everything will probably have an option to download or stream (or stream while you download) once their streaming thing comes out, but that won't be until sometime next year.

I just think that it not being a subforum of pppp was a mistake. It got a lot more posts back when it was a subforum, and a lot less since

It's just so convenient to be in pppp and see "oh there's new posts in the video game forum I'll go post there now" and you feel like it's still your home instead of the shack around back

people are really mad about outer worlds being an "SJW" game which is basically a rave review so sounds great

It's really fuckin good, feels like a cross between KOTOR II and New Vegas so, er, considering those are two of obsidian's best games, that's basically a huge endorsement from me.

Also one of the companions is ace and it's overall got some good representation.
