Frigate-using naval NPCs upgrade to Man-o-Wars during wartime. When the war ends, it'll be downgraded to a frigate.
Remember that the Man-o-War will be gunning for Rainbow, as she is an English captain.

Daring does a little shopping, grabbing 2 goods for 4 bits, then stashing some too. She decides to stay in port because there's an angry-looking shark thing outside.

The Spanish man-o-war in Petite Goave sails to Cartagena. The French frigate is deployed to Tortuga and sails to Santo Domingo. Wait, "frigate"?
The war between England and France comes to an end! The French man-o-war is downgraded to a frigate and will no longer hunt English captains, nor will French ports bar English captains from entry.
Port Royal has been rebuilt and is again open for business.
Somewhere Rainbow Dash is screaming.

If, at the end of the game, the points are tied, then the amount of bits stashed is the tiebreaker.

After a heated battle, Admiral Philips van Almonde and his ship go to the bottom of the sea. For sinking a naval NPC, the Netherlands increases Captain Teach's bounty to 15 bits. Admiral Schey will rejoin the game in Curaçao at the end of the turn.

Also Teach gets a glory point and a card and has to discard one.

Thanks everyone for a great game! When I managed a victory against the odds with the ghost ship rumor I realized I was really close to 10 GP if I banked my bits, so I just went for it.

Vulin had 5 points, 20 bits stashed, and 29 on board, so selling anything plus stashing that would have gotten him 10.
Shark had 5 points and 16 on board.
Toast had 1 point and 18 on board.
And Bremen had 6 points, 40 stashed, and 13 on board.
