Been binging hard on Mindhunter. I really like it so far.

Okay I found the perfect spot for him. He's at the bottom of my stairs, on the ground level, and he's looking into my kitchen.

Now you just need a really buff Rogelio print for your bathroom

There's not a lot of good shots of him, they're usually in the background.

so in re: Tuca & Bertie being canceled but Bojack continuing, they just announced that the upcoming season will be its last. Apparently it's 16 episodes instead of the usual 12, and split into two parts, but:
The MST3K revival didn't get renewed for another season.

Watching "Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts".
It's a strange mix of Adventure Time and Fallout with the aesthetics of "Teen Titans".
I'm into the 4th episode and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. Competently made at least, however I'm not a fan of the music.

I've enjoyed a bit of Kipo. I've only seen three episodes; we're pacing ourselves. Kipo and Glimmer share a VA and there's moments where it just slips into sounding like Glimmer.

Just finished Bojack Horseman. To quote the final episode: "It was nice while it lasted."
This was one of those shows I didn't expect to hit me as hard as it did.

I have finally started watching She-Ra myself after putting it off for no particular reason. I'm a few episodes into Season 2 at the moment. Entrapta ended up being way more important and nuanced than I expected and things dealing directly with her are basically my favorite bits of the show thus far, though everything else is generally great too.
One weird thing, though, what the heck happened to Frosta between seasons? She basically had a complete personality reversal between her introduction and her being included as a proper part of the alliance and none of the characters are commenting on it so it just feels like a thread was lost somewhere in the writing room and this is the way she is now? She's not exactly bad now, so I'm not angry or anything, but it's weird as hell.

Entrapta and Mermista are top tier.

By chance I encountered this atrocity
The 3D designs are disgusting, especially the humans are nightmarish with their waxy skin and vertical slit eyes.

It already came out last summer in Japan, but has been stuck in Netflix Jail, unreleased until the end of this month, despite the English dub being premiered at Anime Expo last year.

I cannot stand "The Midnight Gospel". I had to abort half-way through the first episode because it made me sick of all the dialogue and visual style.
Adventure Time was lightning in the bottle, this is a fart in the bottle.

The last episodes of She-Ra are released!
I binged through all of them. It was not bad.
Some people will be thrilled by the ending for reasons.

Re: Netflix better cartoons than CN, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel.
I'm buddies with the guy who does the music for Dragon Prince
That is so cool.
Hi guys, I'm on Episode 5 of She-Ra. I might even make a She-Ra thread, I am such a big fan of Catra and Entrapta. In fact, that is exactly what I shall do.......
Re: Netflix better cartoons than CN, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel.
We actually worked on a bunch of projects together when I lived in LA.
Wow, that's so cool. I want to move to California just because ZONE is there, but ... I know that's a bad reason... I also wanted to go to Cal Arts like Lauren Faust. But that's off the table with this quarantine.

The last season of She-Ra had some flaws but yeah the finale pays off so hard. Definitely hitting me harder than the end of any other cartoon.
