On a related note, I did some spring cleaning today and discovered some old pony drawings I never posted anywhere before. Not out of negligence or anything; they were mostly practice drawings, but in hindsight they turned out well.

I'll scan them tomorrow. Right now they're buried in the deal-with-this-crap-later pile.

Spring cleaning continues, somewhat involuntarily. My computer has been doing a thing lately where, when I boot it up or wake it up, there's a chance it'll start running the fans way too high despite zero signs of overheating. So I was like, welp, might as well get as much dust out of it as I can and see if that helps. First of all, there was an absolutely epic amount of it built up, so in lieu of any way to blow it out until the weather clears up and I can fire up the air compressor, I just got as much out as I could with my hands and a flathead screwdriver as well as removing the fans and graphics card to wipe them down with a damp microfiber cloth. That's when I noticed...

Dead center of the photo. Slightly hard to tell from the picture, but that capacitor has bought it. Who knows how long it's been like that, or why it hasn't rendered the computer inoperable. Maybe they put in one more than they needed for redundancy?
