Musical Mashup Appreciation Thread

[Perpetual Motion]

Mashup: a song created by combining elements from two or more other songs. These are pretty much my bread and butter, so I figured I'd make a thread for sharing and generally appreciating the artform.

I admittedly have a hard time with most mashups because they sound "wrong" to me but the really good ones are just jammin as hell

one of my absolute favorites has to be this

I get that, but it kinda works opposite for me. I like that "wrongness", hearing familiar things in new contexts. It's also why I tend to prefer covers of popular songs to their originals.

That Stronger Than You mashup is fire, though, yeah.
