I feel like, despite how bizarre a combination that is, that the incredibly tenuous link between Octavia, bagpipes, and a dragon is just enough to be something more than the output of some sort of "draw $character_name transformed into a $species_name that looks like a $object_name" art prompt generator.

To be fair, I can understand the attitude. It's not like I post my art anywhere outside of the forums or our Discord server. There have been a couple times in the past where I've signed up for actual art sites, thinking maybe I'd start posting to them, but I always reconsider it afterwards; I'm fairly certain I'd shrivel up and die of embarrassment if I actually did post anything I made in those places.

I suppose I tend to think of boorus first and foremost as an art catalog and not so much as a community, but Derpibooru's built a community of its own. As such, if you're a regular there, I understand how it might come to feel more like just sharing what you made with your friends instead of putting it out for all to see.
