I'm sorry your campaign doesn't get to be nice and is therefore doomed. :fluttersmith:

I'd like to do the same as the time before due to the lack of a credit card: Paying by PayPal and paying almost the same amount for the shipping costs as for the goods. (Book and Sign Plate)

And that's it! Today I learned that if you watch the page of a fully-funded campaign as the final seconds tick down, there's an animation of fireworks when it hits zero and it changes over to the post-campaign view.

Thanks to everyone who pledged!

Will keep everyone updated on the status. As soon as the payment arrives from Kickstarter I'll prepare to send the order to the printing company!

Am I weird for not wanting to read the digital copies yet and waiting for the physical copies to arrive? :flutterdear:

Nope. To be honest: It's the whole point of the Kickstarter to have it on paper.

Some are offering the first book for ridiculous prices.

Offering PDF versions of a book on a Kickstarter is pretty standard (at least, the ones I've seen), so I just followed along.

And pfft. You can buy the first book directly on my store for 90% less :-I

Money from Kickstarter has arrived, so I placed an order for the books from the printer.

The printing company says there should be no delays, but I'll keep my eye on it and make sure. If any delays do happen, I'll let everyone know.

I had to fill out a lost mail form with USPS. It arrived in Chicago 2 weeks ago and there's been zero movement since then. :ohrarity:

I've been waiting a while for mine as well, but it's because I had it sent to my PO box at my university's post office and nearly everything on campus has been shut down for a few weeks now. Once the pandemic has blown over enough for the school to start reopening services like that, I should be able to actually get it.

My package is also in Chicago/Itasca for almost a week without any status change. Nothing worrying yet. Maybe they are just overwhelmed?

I'm sure they are overwhelmed right now, but we've been getting our mail including packages from USPS regularly, so it seems weird why this one would be delayed and nothing else has been. :ponder:

:yay: Glad to see it finally arrived!

Enjoy!

There seems to be delays with Chicago-area. Another backer from the area didn't get theirs until last week, even though it was among the first I shipped.

It has arrived in a bazillion of protective layers. (Used the exactoknife to carefully cut the adhesive tape)

I think I added more tape to packages sent overseas. Didn't want to take chances.

At this point, I think all German backers got their books safely. Woot!
