-created godzilla and other giant monsters
nuclear power cons:
-giant monsters aren't always around to consume nuclear waste safely
-the green color people associate with radiation is also associated with stinky butts

Don't mind me, I'm just going to sever the bonds of matter and harness the raw power of creation itself to boil some water and turn a wheel.
Is this how the kids these days pronounce that? I always read it as "don't at-sign me."
Yes, it's pronounced "don't at me", but the stress pattern is different than "at me" has in other contexts since "at" is a verb here, not a proposition.
Are video game glitches diagetic, even if they result from diagetic actions?
The 'even if' is making it hard for me to parse this and I'm not sure exactly what you mean by it.
Assuming for the moment that you meant 'are video game glitches diagetic if they result from diagetic actions?', which makes much more sense. What exactly counts as diagetic or non-diagetic for this purpose? For instance, would we consider the Mew glitch as diagetic because it's created by actions that have meaning in the game world (flying or teleporting; fighting a trainer; walking around the game world) even though one must use strategically timed menu commands in order to achieve it? Or does it only count things that are accomplished via using the controls to directly navigate or interact with the game world, like some out-of-bounds glitches that work by running into geometry in a certain way?

I was thinking of block duplication in Super Mario World, an unintended interaction of intended elements (throwing koopa shells at blocks) due to a discrepancy in collision.
Or getting the sunken ship's mystery orb in the item box by grabbing the coin on yoshi's tongue after he's already snagged it.
one of the weirder trends in indie game development is like
people making games that have PSX style graphics, but then adding VHS effects despite those having nothing to do with the PSX

Using a filter that resembles the Composite video signal and interferences on that virtual "video cable" are fine but the VHS tracking loss effect has to die.

I want all my PSX style game soundtracks to have genuine vinyl scratch effects embedded in them otherwise my immersion will be ruined

I want a game with film scratches and splices to have a genuine experience, with lots of jumpcuts.

gimme a game with low video quality, microphone quality is so bad that they had to dub over it after filming, and the monster is like a rug someone threw over the actor

It's a really good episode because the movie takes itself so seriously.
