As most (if not all) of you know by now, my wife is pregnant with our first child. Today we got a pretty dang certain confirmation about what to expect.

Kids are pretty great
Our oldest has learned that when we are being stern with him he can repeat his name back to us and giggle to try and get us to crack up a little bit, and you know what, he’s exactly right

Lucas is not at that point yet but he's starting to make noises and repeating the ones we make. It's also quite amazing to see how much progress they make from day to day: He has grown over 10 cm and gained nearly 2kg since birth, and every day there's something new he or we discover.
