Nobody wins yet (barely).

The Germans start on the warpath.

They ##Rally, placing an Ally in Ubii, and two Warbands in each Germania Region.
They ##March their four new Warbands into Treveri.
They ##Raid one Resource from the Belgae in Nervii, and two from the Aedui in Treveri.
They ##Battle + Ambush Rome in Treveri, killing their last Auxilia. Caesar rolls to counterattack:

And all the Germans get killed.

Quarters time. Belgae, then Aedui, then Arverni may move anything they have one Region to somewhere they (or an agreer) Controls. Nowhere is Devastated, so no risk of losing anything.

After them, Rome. They can move their stuff one space, then anything back to Provincia (and get +4 Auxilia if Caesar does), thanks to their supply line. Anyone left out in a Region with no Roman Ally (e.g. Treveri and Sequani) will cost 2 Resources. Anyone left in a region with a Roman Ally (so Atrebates) will cost 1. Each Fort and Ally will cover 1 for free. Anyone not paid for has a 50% chance to die.

Resources may be transferred while you decide.

The Aedui won't move anyone. For the record, they agree to let Rome's stuff into their territory.

Rome gains 9 Resources (everyone else Rallying kinda hurt their score). The Arverni, Aedui, and Belgae gain 12, 12, and 10 respectively, then the +4 more for the Aedui.

The Senate is upset at Caesar's failure to bring the tribes under roman subjugation, and goes into Uproar. The one fallen Legion moves onto the track, and would be placed if the Senate wasn't so mad. The Senate does dispatch 3 Auxilia to Provincia, though.

And spring comes to Celtica. Veneti is no longer Dispersed. Bellovaci, Sequani, and Helvetii become Dispersed Gathering (and will be Subdued next Spring). All pieces have become Hidden, and everyone is Eligible going into the next round.

Rome's reign of terror begins in Ubii, where the four Auxilia subdue the Germans.
We then go on to Treveri, the Aedui Allied Tribe is Besieged off, and the two Legions manage to kill one Warband, with the other Retreating in place.
In Atrebates, the Belgic Allied Tribe is Besieged without a fight.
And we get to Mandubii. Caesar comes rolling in with a total of 10 Losses. The Aedui Retreat in place, losing all three of their Allied Tribes along with three Warbands.

Aedui Glory has been slowed somewhat.

So, let's switch out some people here then:
The 4 Auxilia (including the revealed ones) in Remi to Morini, 2 Auxilia from Mandubii to Atrebates, 2 Auxilia from Treveri to Atrebates, the 2 Auxilia from Ubii to Treveri
then scout and reveal all those warbands knocking on my door there in Remi.
Then ##sieze
in Suebi, dispersing the Tribe there, in Treveri and Mandubii. Also in Atrebates, if I'm allowed to.

That should fix my ressource problems.

Okay, that's 8 from Ubii, 2 from Treveri, 6 from Mandubii, and 4 from Atrebates for a total of +20.

And it's been this long before it's come up, but it finally has: If an NPC would get a Limited Command due to being Second Faction, it instead gets to take a normal Command and Special Ability. This is the one advantage it gets for being an NPC. Which is good because the Aedui friggin' need one.

The Aedui ##March out of Aedui, moving one Warband each into Bituriges, Arverni, and Provincia. They then ##Suborn in Bituriges to get their Ally back, along with two new Warbands.

The Aedui ##Rally, upgrading Biturigies to a Citadel again. Also they place a Warband in Aedui and Provincia while they're at it. The Aedui ask Rome to agree to a Supply Line for a Trade, but Rome refuses. So the Aedui instead ##Suborn in Carnutes. Cenabum becomes an Ally, and two Arverni Warbands go home.
