Remember that casting any level of a Spell exhausts the whole thing.

Also, a quick overview/reminder of how ties are broken when voting:
The first tiebreaker goes to whoever has more IP. The second goes to whoever marked the voter. If somehow IP is tied and both or neither of you marked them, the final tiebreaker is whoever got their last point of that resource first.
