I was good all year, but I'm back to holiday eating, which involves a whole lot of sugary and fatty foods. I'll be back on the wagon in January!

Now that my month of holiday food binging is over, it's time to get back on that wagon!

11 pounds lower than last year's start, so that's good. My goal as usual is to get to 185, but I don't think I ever got lower than 188 last year, so we'll see how it goes.

Need to get back on this bandwagon too. Dropped under the goal for just a bit, then moved in with my partner and wavered around, then holidays jumped back above 157. Less than the start of last year, which I guess is good given how much I've missed out on due to lockdown, but still wanna get back to that goal.

Since my partner and I are both binge-eaters, the way we're dealing with it is to be strictly good about dieting for 13 of every 14 days, allowing ourselves one day every two weeks for us to go hog wild and eat whatever we want. We call it "Faturday". Tomorrow will be our first Faturday of the year, so we'll see how it affects weight loss this week.

Not as much as I was hoping for but I didn't really exercise yesterday as I normally do since I was busy running errands yesterday and did a lot of walking instead. I guess that was enough for some sort of progress? It's pretty exciting that I might meet my mid-way goal of 10 pounds lost this upcoming month!! I didn't think I'd make it this far!

This one thing I make tends to make me hungrier for some strange reason so maybe I should look into alternatives instead of making that again, at least, until I run out of the main ingredient I use for it. As much as I like eating it, I don't think it's working out for me right now, maybe I should make it with TVP instead of seitan? Oh! Maybe I could use TVP with the sauce and make buns with it??? Sounds like fun!

Honestly better than I expected. This has been probably the most stressful week since the lockdown started, so eating healthy has been low on my list of priorities. I have a colonoscopy this week, which requires me to fast for a day, so I'm wondering how that will affect my weigh-in next week.

I was expecting to gain weight since I haven't exercised as much this week(but I have been running a lot of errands so I guess all that walking counted) and I've also been eating a bit more than usual but mostly due to boredom I think lol... Back to exactly where I was pre-colonoscopy. I think I might have to start hitting the exercise bike again. I'm strictly eating 1,200 calories a day and I still can't lose weight, which is just bonkers to me.

I have no idea what I did to lose so much but it's nice to finally get past 250!! Also I've lost like 2 inches on my waist and hips, just one inch on my bust. This is basically the lightest I've been in two or three years.
