Re: Let's Lose Weight Together!
Saturday weigh-in
249.8
I know why I gained weight, had a run-in with a bunch of snacks lol. Even if I gained weight, I still lost half an inch on my waist, hips and bust.

I was worried that I'd gain weight, glad to know that I didn't. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever reach my goal weight of 240 before my birthday in august.

Week 14 Weight: 200.6
Weekly Change: -3.6 lbs
Total: -12.4 lbs
The lowest I've been since I started!
If it's like every other week, I'm gonna jump back up a little bit next week. The pattern seems to be gain, lose, gain, lose, every week. But overall it's going down.

247.0
My more short term goal is to get to 245 by some point this month or maybe May? While 240 is the major goal, I'm trying to set up smaller goals along the way.

Re: Let's Lose Weight Together!
Forgot to post last week, but it's just more of the same.
I don't think it will be possible to change until I am able to start playing hockey again and/or until I'm able to get off SSRIs, which make it considerably harder to lose weight.

Re: Let's Lose Weight Together!
Saturday weigh-in
242.2 or maybe 241.4...?
I think there's something wrong with my scale because when I first weighed myself after waking up, it was 241.4 but I basically gave myself whiplash from not expecting to lose that much in one week. So when I weighed myself again after a few minutes, it was 242.2. I've had this scale for a while so idk if I need to finally replace it or not lol... But anyways, it's nice to actually get past 245, makes getting to that 240 weight more tangible for me. If I get to 240, my new goal will be 230. I think it'd be great to get down 30 pounds to celebrate my 30th birthday in August. I chose 240 initially because it seemed more possible and I was like, "Well if I lose even a little bit, it's a win in my opinion." And if I reach 230 before my birthday, the new goal would be 220, etc. I'm not going to stop trying to lose weight once my birthday rolls around of course, it'll be a constant thing nowadays. Who knows, maybe one day I'll be back down to 170?

Re: Let's Lose Weight Together!
Saturday weigh-in
245.6
I know why I gained some weight, I got a job and I've been eating lunch over there. I typically just have breakfast and dinner since I wake up a little later than I am now. My first day on the job I tried not eating lunch but I felt too weak to really ensure I did my job properly so I'm making lunches for myself now and my work is a little labour intensive right now so I need the energy through-out the day. I've also been drinking more water, the place I work at is kinda dry so I've been downing easily three water bottles. I think all-in-all, it's a good problem to have. It may have set my weight goals back a little bit but it's ok, no biggie. I'm so close to my goal.
