In other words, we created a meme. A better meme than "Love & Tolerate the shit out of you". A better meme than anything that's come out of SA proper in years.

I think the key to all of this was Larson really liking it on Twitter. Maybe the article on it enhanced that a bit, but it was really Twitter recognition.

I remain consistently astounded at how far this went. There are people -here- that didn't know it started here, and yet we had pretty much the entire show staff talking about it on Twitter and a KnowYourMeme article mentioning us.

All I did was have a half-assed idea with no starter image. I'd have gotten probated or banned for it on SA.

The "I believe in MA Larson" button was made by someone else, as Cosmo said above, but even his appreciation of the Thanks MA Larson meme speaks to the fact that he was at the epicenter of the controversy and it's about his own work so it resonates pretty strongly with him. On this forum, where the more irrational expressions of rejection were largely absent, it just smacks of smug, self-congratulatory mocking of those dumb bronies.

Are there any vectors of Princess Twi's flight towards the camera? I have an idea, and it doesn't involve old video games for once.

As fantastic as it would be, I think there's a null chance of any major show people like writers or VAs joining the forums. They're forbidden from reading fanfics, and I imagine their tweets are closely monitored by Hasbro to make sure no info gets out. A forum is inherently harder for Hasbro to moderate, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they're not allowed to join one. I'm not saying it wouldn't be nice, but unless they join incognito I doubt it'll happen- they're probably stuck being lurkers, and we're not big enough to be noticed.

That being said, I'd love to be proven wrong.

Back in the Bad Old Days™, Lauren, Craig, Don Shank, and some other production people on Powerpuff Girls would post on the PPGworld forum. Not too often, but occasionally.

Dave Polsky does follow us on twitter, though, so that's something. And Andy Price too.

Plus, we have comics people posting on our comics forum!
