Can I have two gangtags, one under the other?

Question time!
Since I donated, but I already have a gangtag, can I give one to someone who's still gangtagless?

And if that's not of your liking or I missed something obvious, Kitty Kate gets a tag of her liking.

I also give one twilight tag to Twilight. So Serge and me overide him saying he hasn't earned one.

As a faithful student I third the motion that Twilight be welcomed in full fellowship

I fourth the motion that TTPNTP finally gets the tag he deserves.

I vote that it's Twilight's choice.

If it isn't Twilight's choice, then I vote he becomes part of the Stare Masters. Or gets a brand new neutral gangtag.

Well, I'm incredibly flattered. This commotion really does mean a lot to me you know, that people would care enough to include me here. I don't deserve this treatment.

However, I regretfully will have to decline. Whether or not I really deserve one is debatable, bit the issue is more that I don't desire one for a few reasons. One of the biggest ones is that they really distract me. Please understand, I have some issue that causes me to become easily distracted when trying to concentrate, and a few of the animated gif gangtags really hurt my ability to read and interact on the site. That's why I have to adblock them (Not because I don't like them. The opposite is true, I think they are cute!)

I have a few other reasons, but they're nitpicky and not that important so I won't go into it. I just don't really need a tag though. I'm okay not having one. I feel a little left out at times, but not so much it causes me distress or anything.

Don't, Twilight. I understand why you would turn that down, but know that we already consider you a Faithful Student you're one of us!
That said, my offer is still valid. Time to ask Kitty Kate, and if she can't as well then it will be a BATTLE TO THE DEATH.

In that case I give mine to the first person who wants a Celestia tag.

You are not worthless. I think you're great and you've contributed a lot. I'd love to own that tag.

I should really have looked at this thread recently

As much as I do enjoy battles to the death, I'm flattered that you would think of me, and yes, I would love a gangtag!

A Chrysalis tag doesn't exist yet, though I'm not sure which tag I want yet, and it's kind of a big decision for me (big enough that 10:45 PM on a night where I have to be up at 4 is not the time for it) so... I totally want a tag, but which tag I get will have to come after these commercial messages.
