"Counductor" is part of railway men (Railroad ugh) who make sure that nobody dies an horrible fate while riding on the railway because the govament don't want to get sued for it.Counductor is the american term for "Guard" or in some cases "Flag man" whos job is to apply and check the brakes on the wagons/carrgies (Cars ugh) apon reaching a top of a hill so it doesn't go out of control because that would be terrible, check the trains head long speed and or alert aproching trains with a red flag and whisle if for whatever reason the train itself stalls and go get help who in most times always in a guards van (Or caboose ugh I really hate that term I mean really couldn't it of been something like "Counductor's van? caboose just sounds odd, silly american railway board...)

What you have mistook it for was an Fireman or Firestoker (Both Birtsh Terms I have no clue that its called in america...) whos job as his name implys is to matain the firebox of said engine and check if there is enough water in the tanks (Because this is a steam engine) this is an pretty much neverending job because if you don't feed the fire it'll die out so you shove tons of coal every so often, so if a train is running overnight (As shown in the clip) they have two sets of men to work a day shift or a night shift also to note there is no Driver (Or Engineer pfft) seen at all this could be that fireman can at most times handle the train but at alot of times there is a driver manning a train.Then I Should mention that I haven't seen any signals meaning that two engines could run into each other you'ld think that they would of considered that when building a muiltbillion bit railway but alas they are only horses.

So my theory is that the cake was chomped on by someone/something outside the train, eating through the window while it was stopped or something. That's why the bite is toward the wall.

^Yeah, I actually just read on YT comments a suggestion Rarity is going to fit right into "femme fatale". I wonder if we won't see Rarity's other eye the whole ep as a gag?

Also, MLP Wikia seems to match my ears on the cake's name: "Marzipan Mascarpone Meringue Madness" (the middle two words might be one big one - Mascarpomeringue). So... it's an Italian almond cheesecake?

Since I couldn't bring it up in the main thread, I'll say it here: Pinkie Pie will turn out to be the one who done-dood it (in her sleep), and the moral will be about not being too quick to accuse people.

Which I have to say does not bode well for my hopes of an eventual Twelve Angry Men parody episode. Featuring the return of Gilda as the accused. And the title would be "Gilda Until Proven Innocent."

I'm still having trouble fitting in the Celestia giant-cake picture, which I assume comes from this ep and not the finale. Maybe that is the cake Pinkie clearly loses to anyways at the end?

And yes to ^, that's partially why I voted Pinkie in the poll. And look at Pinkie immediately accusing, fits right in. Still, looks to be full of silly fun we expect
