I always like seeing these sorts of images, where a character has to have new details decided upon due to only having existed in a style where those details didn't matter before. In Chiro's case, even with how you've made her wings more bat-like over the years, another artist (as here) might still need to decide how to handle the anatomy vs. still keeping the character recognizable.

Some of you might have seen the recent flood of pictures of Isabelle from Animal Crossing dressed as Tinker Bell. I only today learned that it's a meme, and not, as I had assumed, the result of some lottery winner commissioning the same thing from a hundred different people at the same time.

And now I'm wondering, after all the other furry memes I've seen come and go (most recently the one of Gadget smoking, for example), what made me assume that about this particular one? I think it's the fact that almost all of them drew her with the exact same figure—the same chibi proportions as the game but massively over endowed at both ends—which makes it feel less like something this many people would draw on purpose and more like a single person's very specific fetish.

I get the feeling that being horny is an enormous factor in an art meme taking off successfully. Remember when Bowsette was all the rage a couple of years ago, to bring up a take on another Nintendo character?
